The start of a new year 2025

Well it has certainly been a while since I have posted something. There just always seems to be something else needing my attention. We have worked through several of our Core Essential Words. We are finishing up on Resilience.

There is so much to say about this word. I encourage adults to not jump in to quickly to solve a child's issues, wipe tears or even shut down an activity when there is an argument. It is in these times that kids build the necessary skills to fall down and get back up again.

I am trying something new this month that might go along with this by requiring more opportunities to engage with each other instead of with electronics.

We are going to start a no tech challenge. The rules are pretty simple and it is just a start in finding ways to interact with each other and improve so many things in your life. Good Luck and I hope to see how well this catches on.
